Using our service

By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, that you are authorised to request delivery at the stated location, and that the location is safe and accessible for a fuel delivery vehicle.

Orders and pricing

Prices are shown before payment and include all applicable charges. Volumes are measured with calibrated meters or digital scales at the point of delivery and recorded on your receipt.

We may decline or cancel an order where delivery would be unsafe, where the location falls outside our coverage, or where payment cannot be verified.

Delivery windows

Delivery estimates are made in good faith. Traffic, weather, supply conditions and safety considerations may affect timing, and we will keep you informed where they do.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Corporate accounts are additionally governed by the agreement signed at registration.

Liability

We are responsible for delivering the product ordered, safely and in the volume paid for. We are not liable for equipment faults or losses unrelated to our delivery. Questions about this policy can be sent to support@gonfill.com or raised with our support team on WhatsApp.
