Refund policy

When Go N' Fill issues refunds for cancelled, undelivered or disputed fuel orders.

Cancellations

You can cancel free of charge any time before the delivery vehicle is dispatched. Once a vehicle is en route, a dispatch fee may apply to cover the trip.

Undelivered orders

If we cannot complete a delivery for a reason within our control, you receive a full refund to your original payment method or your in-app wallet, whichever you prefer.

Volume or quality disputes

Raise a dispute within 24 hours of delivery. We review the metered reading, the receipt and the driver record, and where the claim is upheld we refund or redeliver the shortfall.

Timing

Approved refunds are processed within five to ten business days depending on your bank or payment provider. Questions about this policy can be sent to support@gonfill.com or raised with our support team on WhatsApp.
